The open-front architecture creates useful space, but it also creates an acoustic challenge. VX-1 is engineered around that challenge rather than hiding it inside a conventional box.
The rear wood resonating panel is designed to reduce low-frequency cancellation while preserving the open character of the system.
A premium paper-cone full-range driver covers the entire musical range without a conventional multi-way crossover and its integration tradeoffs.
The custom vacuum-tube amplifier, feedback, damping behavior, and driver are tuned as one system rather than selected as separate boxes.
VX-1 monitors Bluetooth audio activity. When no audio stream is active or Bluetooth disconnects, it automatically cuts power to the vacuum-tube stage, avoiding unnecessary energy use while idle.
Every acoustic and electronic element is developed as part of one complete system, from the driver and amplifier match to the way VX-1 interacts with the room.

VX-1 combines two carefully matched 6.5-inch cloth-surround paper-cone full-range drivers, a custom vacuum-tube amplifier, outward-facing stereo architecture, a rear wood resonating panel, Bluetooth playback, wireless speaker networking, and three-level touch-controlled display lighting.

Bluetooth handles everyday wireless playback. AUX provides a direct connection for older sources and situations where low latency matters. VX-1 also supports wireless speaker networking for synchronized playback across connected living and hospitality spaces.
